These terms do not govern services BuildCresco provides to clients. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement prevails for the services it covers.

Everything on this website is provided for general information about what BuildCresco does. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, a commitment to provide services, or professional advice you should act on without talking to us about your specific situation.

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract or a client relationship. It starts a conversation.

Pages describing example automations, demonstration scenarios and process diagrams are illustrations of how a system could be built. They are labelled as examples. They are not descriptions of a deployment at a named customer, and they are not a promise of any particular result, processing speed, accuracy or saving.

What an automation can achieve depends on your processes, your systems and your data. Any figures we discuss with you are estimates until we have mapped the actual process.

The content, design, diagrams, text and code of this website belong to BuildCresco or are used with permission. You may view the site, and copy or print extracts for your own internal evaluation of our services.

You may not republish, sell, license or systematically copy the site or its content, present it as your own, or use it to train a model or build a competing offering, without our written permission. The BuildCresco name and marks may not be used without our permission.

Do not send confidential information through the contact form. Describe the process at a level you are comfortable sharing before any confidentiality agreement is in place.

Where you send us a suggestion or idea about our services without our having asked for it, we may use it without obligation or payment. This does not apply to information covered by a confidentiality agreement between us.

Where we link to another organisation's website, it is because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that its content is complete or current.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Nicaragua, and the courts of Nicaragua have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed.
